Normandy: About Le Havre

Le Havre, is the city that Sam and i have chosen to settle down down for now as his work requires him to be based here.

After the 1944 bombings where most of city was unfortunately destroyed,  the architect Auguste Perret began to rebuild the city in concrete (which makes the city not so beautiful)

In 2005 UNESCO inscribed the central city of Le Havre as a World Heritage Site. The André Malraux Modern Art Museum is the second of France for the number of impressionist paintings.

I like to provide information about places i visit, and where they are in relation to other more well known places.

I love maps, maps of the world, maps of the cities map of the region, i like to know where places are. So here are some maps to put places in perspective.
